1. Licence grant
Luka Marušić, Berduxstraße 50, 81245 Munich, Germany ("StepLinq") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the StepLinq desktop software upon payment of the applicable fee. Licence types: Solo Licence (single user, single machine); Site Licence (unlimited users at one manufacturing site, multi-user roles, StepLinq Viewer included); Site + Build Docs Licence (all Site rights plus per-unit build documentation and data collection).
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the software; provide it to third parties as a service bureau or SaaS offering; or decompile or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent expressly permitted by § 69e UrhG (German Copyright Act).
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record (see Terms § 5). After successful payment you receive the licence key and download link by email.
4. Updates and maintenance
Subscription licences include all updates during the subscription period. Perpetual licences include free updates for one year from purchase; continued updates thereafter require an optional maintenance subscription.
5. Warranty
The software substantially conforms to its documentation. Warranty period: 12 months from delivery (§ 438(4) BGB — agreed shortening for commercial buyers). Full warranty terms in the General Terms (AGB § 11).
6. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages and the annual licence fee paid. Full liability terms in the General Terms (AGB § 12).
